Specifically, the Joint Traffic Building Ten Tung (Tung Ten Company) has shareholder meeting on 18/6 and through the dissolution of the company.
The reason may be due to the business operations effectively, and to rearrange working model of the parent company and its subsidiaries.
At I/2013 quarterly consolidated financial statements of the DLG, Tung Ten Company is a subsidiary of DLG with charter capital of VND10 billion, DLG which owns 51% stake. However, till date 31.03.2013, the Company has not yet come into Tung Ten business.
