More than 107 million shares on HOSE coming HAG

 

 On the first trading day seventh. This is the number of shares issued to the existing shareholders of the HAG.


     TP Stock Exchange. HCM (HOSE) announced the listing and trading of shares of the Company issued Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAG).

    

     Accordingly, the entire 107 474 210 HAG shares will be listed on HOSE added since 25/6, with additional value listed at par value reached 1074.7 billion.

    

     This is the number of shares issued to shareholders of record on Notice dated 26.03.2013. On the first trading of these shares on HOSE was seventh.

    

     After release, HAG has raised the total shares with voting rights to 644.85 million shares, respectively 6448.5 billion capital.

    

     It is known that earlier, on 11/6, HAG has released individual success nearly 73.31 million shares to convert bonds to Credit Suisse International (Hong Kong) Limited.
