VietBank has launched programs with preferential interest rates for home loans for clients in personal income from wages stable.
Accordingly, when joining this program, customers will choose 1 of 2 packages preferential rates.
Package One: The interest rate of 11.5% / year and fixed from the date of disbursement until 31/12/2013. After this period, interest rate changes 3 months / time prescribed by VietBank.
Package 2: First month 0% interest / year from 2nd month interest rate 12.56% / year and fixed in the next 11 months. From the 13th month onwards, the interest rate changes according to VietBank. The program is implemented at all transaction points nationwide VietBank.
