SII: Negotiating contracts with foreign partners

Saigon Water Infrastructure Corporation (SII - HOSE) announced information negotiating contracts with foreign partners.


     Specifically, the implementation of the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting called to a strategic partner to invest in companies, SII has signed memorandum of agreement with the preliminary foreign partners from 03/15/2013. Foreign partners will participate in investing in the company.
