TCO replaced Chairman and CEO

 

 

leaves Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chung Chairman and CEO. New Chairman is Mr. Bui Chi Hung, general director of the new Mr Le Van Thanh.


     Multimodal Transport Corporation Coast (TCO - HOSE) announced Board Resolution dated 20.06.2013.

    

     Accordingly, the Board has approved TCO Nguyen Dinh Chung resigning Board member, Chairman and CEO of TCO.

    

     Instead, the Board agreed to elect Mr. Bui Chi Hung, Chairman of the Board and the legal representative of the TCO.

    

     In addition, the Board has also appointed Mr. Le Van Thanh and General Director of TCO, and through the appointment of Mr. Le Van Thanh temporary member of the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chung. The election of new board members replace will be made at the last AGM.

    

     The decision takes effect from the date of 20/06/2013.

    

     2013, TCO plans 170 billion revenue, net profit of 19.3 billion expected dividend at 12% in cash.
