FLC: Mother registration chairman sold more than 7.5 million shares

  

Number of shares accounted for 9.75% of the FLC. Transactions will be carried out from 26/6 to 23/7 to restructure portfolios.


     FLC Group JSC registration announcement of the transaction concerned.

    

     Accordingly, Ms. Do Thi Giap, his mother Trinh Van decision, Chairman FLC, was 7.5225 million registered to sell all shares held FLC, which is equivalent to 9.75% of FLC.

    

     Transactions will be carried out from 26/6 to 23/7 by the agreements and orders aimed at restructuring portfolio.

    

     Prior to that, Mr. Trinh Van Decision subscribed to 10 million shares of FLC.

    

     FLC shares are currently trading at around $ 6,400 / share.
