Coal Corporation - Ha Tu (THT code-HNX) reported owning stock change of major shareholder.
 

Accordingly, the Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE-HOSE) has bought 145 400 shares and raise tht number of shares from 1.7844 million shares, representing 13.07% of the charter capital up 1.9298 million shares shares, representing 14.14% stake, to raise the percentage of ownership. Date of transaction ownership change is dated 06/13/2013.
 

Earlier, REE and constantly buying became a major shareholder of THT from 25.03.2013 to hold the rate increased from 5.01% to 14.14% and is now the 2nd largest shareholder of after Ha Tu Coal Industry Group, Vietnam coal and Mineral.
 

Reportedly, after-tax profits quarter 1/2013 of THT over 6 billion, down 2,996 billion respectively compared to 32.72% quarter 1/2012.
 

Today (19/6), THT pay 2012 dividend at the rate of 10% / shares (1,000 shares will receive 1 copper).
 

Currently, the stock is trading THT around 10,900 VND / share.
